1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Nova website and product, provided by Nova Labs, Inc. ("Nova", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices may change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Nova for anything illegal, harmful or deceptive.
• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Resell access to Nova without our written permission.

5. Your content

You own the content you create in Nova. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

6. No warranty

Nova is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. For important changes, we will let you know by email.
