• Billing data: your plan and billing history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
• Product data: the content you create in Nova, such as agents, prompts and run logs.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider for security.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide, secure and improve the product.
• Bill you for your plan and send receipts.
• Answer your questions and send important account notices.
• Send product updates, only if you asked for them.
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. We save your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising cookies.

We keep your account data while your account is open, and delete it within 30 days after you close it, except records we must keep by law.
